If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, no matter why, please contact us immediately prior to leaving feedback. We are human and can make mistakes and your feedback is important to our business and growth of our business. This will give us a chance to rectify any issues and exceed your expectations.
We will do everything we can to resolve any issue. If the issue can not be resolved we will refund 100% of your purchase price. The buyer is responsible for returning the item to us including postage costs as well as returning the item in genuinely honest sale-able condition meaning the item must be as supplied, un marked and the packaging intact.
